With this database continuing to grow exponentially, I've began to also break down each prompt category into its own database or interface. So, what does this mean?
- The Mega database is one massive database with every prompt, category, generator and image, all included in one large Mega database (this one you just purchased). But now with so many thousands of prompts, you may be overwhelmed with all of the options. So in addition to one large, Mega database, I'm also creating interfaces for specific categories. For example, below you'll find links for quick access to just the AI Image category.
- Prompt Category Interfaces are prompt categories that also have their own databases now. For example: AI image prompts are both in the Mega Database and now has its own database. These prompts are the exact same, it's just a separate synced database making it easy for you to quickly navigate to a specific category.

These databases are built via Airtable (by far the best app for prompt organization).
Creating additional, separate interfaces also allows you to duplicate both my Mega Prompts Database and each individual database/interface into your own account (if you have one). You don't need an Airtable account however, as there are many ways to always access your prompts.
Below you'll find two links and a downloadable PDF file
One link is to access the prompts via Airtable (preferred method) and the other link is via Notion.
The Airtable base is recommended as it gets update quicker and may contain more prompts. You do not need to sign up for an account to access any of these databases and will always have access to all of the prompts as long as you have the links. There are over 3,000+ now but within a year we hope to have a few thousand.
They get updated weekly and often daily. You can, however create an account if you want for any platform (both free). If you do, you can duplicate each database to your own and use however you'd like. But regardless, you can copy and paste any prompt to use with these two links and even download the database as a CSV file.
🎯 Within the Airtable database, you will also find a tab called "Google Sheets" Clicking each link displayed in this tab will allow you to make a copy of each database category for yourself and to save in your own Google Drive account.
Important: Airtable Database
New prompts get added to the Airtable database almost every day (until it gets to 5,000+ prompts).
Notion will receive updates as well, however I feel that Airtable is the superior product for prompt organization. It's the best, user-friendly method to organize prompts in a highly productive way with the quickest method to find what you need. I've put hundreds of hours (and still do) into creating a database that contains a variety of views, tags, filters, and visual ways to quickly identify the type of prompts and images you need. Airtable does this the best (and I've tried every app).
Do you need an Airtable account? No, you sure don't (see above), but you can access any prompt anytime by simply clicking the database link.
Is Airtable free? Yes, it is. But it limits you to only 1,000 rows per base (on the free plan). So, if my base contains over 5,000 rows, you'll be missing out on 4,000.
How do I get around the 1,000-row limitations? Easy. Just create separate bases for each category. For example, one base for AI art, another for SEO, another for content, etc.
Can I copy your base? For sure. If you created an Airtable account, once you visit my database, you'll see an icon that allows you to duplicate my base into your own account.
Lifetime Access: Regardless of your choice of accessing this database, as long as you have this link (or the database's link) you'll always have access to every prompt, old and new.
Airtable is the preferred method for prompt databases.
I've created two amazing databases for your convenience (Airtable and Notion). Both are free and you can duplicate my bases into your own account (see images below).
